All of the above documents should cover about 90% of the documents needed to process your loan.

Note: In residential, you can lock your rate as soon as your application has been completed.
In commercial, the lender has to review your file before they provide you with letter of intent and then you can lock the rate.
At this time, our residential purchase can take between 10-20 days. It depends on how fast you provide us the documents.
Refinance typically takes 3 business days more because of the recession period.
Commercial purchase can take between 45-60 days.
Commercial SBA can take between 60-90 days.
